Sets or gets the number of digits in the Extension Gateway number
(E.164 dialing).

numdigitsext <get|{0..24}>

Comments
The number of digits in that number is that portion of the full
Extension number that the Gateway will be given from the ISDN
service provider as the Called Party Line Identifier. This, in turn, will be
passed to the Gatekeeper for address resolution.
