The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 8
P.M EST. Our highly trained specialists can answer questions, from
general to specific technical issues.
When calling with a technical question, ask for an Electronic
Imaging or Digital Imaging Specialist. Please identify the Polaroid
product/model, computer and video card you are using before
describing the issue. Also, (if possible) have the equipment in front
of you when you call.
