Service
E-mail service is being offered to all customers with products
listed in this section. A customer may send an E-mail with any
pre-sales or post-sales question. As soon as the message is
received, an automatic response lets the customer know that
their message has been received and that they will be contacted
via E-mail with an answer within one business day. Non-US
customers are directed to the listing of international service cen-
ters. Obviously, nothing prevents an international customer
from sending an E-mail message. All efforts will be made to
answer the question. The 800 number for PDI service is listed
here, as well as the phone numbers and addresses of all service
centers worldwide.
The following types of questions will NOT be answered:
