Changing Preferences for CD Copy
To change the preferences for CD Copy, select Options in the toolbar, select
Preferences, and go to the CD Copy tab.

Include CD+G
: Specifies that CD Copy will copy CD+G information, if
available.
•
Include UPC/EAN
: Specifies that CD Copy will also copy UPC/EAN
information, if available.
•
Include ISRC
: Specifies that CD Copy will also copy ISRC information, if
available.
•
1st session only
: When selected, causes only the first session to be copied. This
will create a disc that may not be an exact copy of the source disc.
•
Audio Read Error Recovery
:
1. Report Errors only (no recovery action)
: Causes errors to be reported
without any recovery action. This strategy can be used when the source disc
is error-free or error correction is not necessary.
2. Reduce the speed upon error
: Specifies that when uncorrectable errors
are found, the damaged area will be read at a lower speed in order to find an
error-free reading.
3. Read again upon error
: Specifies that when uncorrectable errors are
found, the damaged area will be read again up to 10 times (retries) at the
selected speed in order to find an error-free reading.
4. Recover the best sector (least errors)
: Specifies that the best sector (with
the least errors) will be recovered.
5. Recover the best bytes (least errors) per sector
: Specifies that the best
bytes (with the least errors) will be recovered.
