The indicator on dock phone
didn’t display once battery
installed.
The adaptor charging is unstable
once connected.
There is noise when answering
calls with dock phone handset
or dock phone speaker.
Reason:
- Please check if dock phone battery has been installed well or not;
- Please re-install battery or clean the metal terminals of battery holder with
naphtha.
Reason: The terminals of DC cable wasn’t enough plugged into the bottom of
power socket.
Solution:
-Please check and make sure the terminals of DC cable has been plugged
into the bottom of power socket.
Reason: This may be caused by the abnormal working from adaptor.
Solution:
- Please pull out the adaptor of dock phone and re-plug it to check
if the noise disappeared or not;
- Please change another good adaptor.
The on-hook button of dock phone
can’t hang up calls.
Reason: The on-hook button may be stuck.
Solution:
- Please pat the on-hook button gently;
- Please adjust the on-hook button position by a small knife to restore its
flexibility.
The dock phone can’t be placed
steady.
Reason: It may be caused by the unsteady silicone foot pad on the back of
dock phone.
Solution:
-Please check if the silicone foot pad on the back of dock phone is steady or not.
The speaker box of dock phone
can’t work.
Reason: The adaptor wasn’t connected well or the power key was damaged.
Solution:
- Please check if the adaptor has been connected well or not firstly;
- Please check if the power key has been damaged or not.
