1.6 Initializing Configuration
In case you forget the IP address and password of the product OR configure incorrect
values and the configuration screen is not accessible, you can initialize the system
configuration to restore the factory-default settings of the router.
Caution:
z
Please note that all the parameters configured prior to initialization will be
deleted.
z
It is highly recommended to remove all the network cables attached to the
product from the router before initializing its configuration.
z
Please do not remove the AC power adapter from the product until the
initialization process is complete.
Initialization Procedure
1. Remove the AC power adapter from the product.
2. Press and hold down the reset switch, then attach the AC power adapter to the router.
3. Hold down the reset switch while Status LED flashes.
4. Initialization is complete when the LED stops flashing.
