groups to be backed up to the “Users selected” and
“Workgroups Selected” list boxes by clicking the appropriate
arrows.
Files to Backup
Select which files are to be backed up from the drop-down list.
You can choose to backup all files or files in a range of from 1
to 31 days old.
Method of Backup
Select the backup method:
Windows File Sharing (SMB)
– select this method when using
the SMB protocol:

Computer Name:
type the name of the server or PC that
the files will be backed up to.

Share Directory:
type the destination backup directory.

User Name:
type the user name to access the backup
directory drive.
•
Password:
type the password to access the backup
directory drive.
File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
– select this method to use FTP
to backup files:

type the location that the files will be backed up to

type the destination backup directory

Network Files System (NFS)
