START (green light off)
Lack of voltage
- Check that the voltage is present in the socket
- Check if the plug and the cable are undamaged
- Ask assistance to an authorised technician

CLEANER TURNS OFF
DURING THE SERVICE
Intervention of the thermic
protection due to obstructed
filter or problems to the
electrical system of the
equipment.
- Check that the light (green) located on the vacuum cleaner ison. In
this case there is an intervention of the thermic protection. Switch off
the single motors. Clean the filter. Wait 20/25 minutes
before starting the vacuum cleaner again.
- If the light (green) is off, in this case there is an intervention of the
feeder protection that avoids its overload.
- Check if the electrical feeder is consistent with the vacuumcleaner power.
- Check the electrical functionality of the vacuum cleaner, asking for
authorised technical assistance.

Turn off the vacuum cleaner and replace the filter or place it again
correctly, after having carried out a careful cleaning.

Ask for technical assistance for the replacement of the carbon brushes
and for the functional control of the motors.

Lack of or bad grounding
Turn off the vacuum cleaner and check the efficiency of the grounding
