4 • Printing Options

Printing Options Overview

There are various printing options available when processing mail 

through the system. You can:
•  Seal the envelope without printing the meter stamp
•  Print the date and time, or advertisment (no meter stamp)
•  Set or advance the date of the meter stamp
•  Correct the postage on a mail piece (see 

Chapter 3, Running Mail

)

•  Correct the date on a mail piece (see 

Chapter 3, Running Mail

)

•  Print/download an envelope advertisement
•  Print a Statement of Mailing/Manifest (see 

Chapter 3, Running Mail

)

Many of these settings are available by pressing 

Menu

 and selecting 

"Printing Options" (see below).
