Periodical maintenance is very important. Only qualified personnel authorized by Amano Pioneer Eclipse should
perform each maintenance task and repair operation.

Check the Recovery Tank Gasket Every Month Operator
Clean Solution Tank Every Month Operator
Check and Regulate the Braking System Every 3 Months Trained Technician
Check the Battery Cable Connections Weekly Operator
Check the Brushes of Each Motor Every Year Trained Technician
Check the Safety Devices Every 6 Months Trained Technician
Check the Electrical System Every 2 Years Trained Technician
Complete Check Up Every 5 Years Trained Technician

Check that all terminals are properly tightened; terminals that are too tight or too loose could result in post
breakage, meltdown, or fire.
