Refer to OI, “Replacing the Electrodes” for the proper steps to replace the electrode tray.
NOTE:
When the electrodes are used or expired, the Readiness indicator will not flash until the electrode tray is replaced.
When a new electrode tray is installed, and after closing the lid, the Readiness indicator will flashes every 6 seconds. The
AED status will be updated in LIFELINK or LIFENET after closing the lid.

: This section describes troubleshooting tips and methods for most common failure modes.
Readiness indicator
1. If readiness indicator is not flashing, the possible causes will be:
•
Low battery power or expired electrodes
•
Depleted battery
•
Electrode tray not connected
•
Operating temperature is too low or too high
•
Defibrillator self-test failed
Follow the flowchart for the recommended corrective actions.
