Troubleshooting

14.1

No images can be acquired

If no images can be acquired then the cause could be one of the following:

1.

Camera is not triggered: see Section 14.1.1

First proceed with the above listed action. If still no images can be acquired then write an
e-mail to Photonfocus support ([email protected]).

14.1.1

No acquisition due to no triggers

Set the camera to the free-running trigger mode (

TriggerMode

=Off).

If no images can be acquired in free-running mode then triggering is not the main cause of the
acquisition problem.

If images can be acquired in free-running mode but not in your chosen trigger mode then
check the electrical connection of the trigger signal (see also Section 12.6).
