Product Specification
3.1 Introduction
The Photonfocus MV3-D640I-M01 camera series is built around the CMOS InGaAs image sensor
Snake SW from Sofradir, that provides a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels. The cameras are aimed
at applications in industrial image processing where high sensitivity within the SWIR band from
0.9 to 1.7
µ
m are required.
The principal advantages are:
• Resolution of 640x512 pixels
• Optimized for high sensitivity, low noise and low dark current
• Spectral range: SWIR from 900 - 1700 nm
• Global shutter
• Gigabit Ethernet interface, GigE Vision and GenICam compliant
• Frame rates of 300 fps at maximal resolution
• I/O capabilities: 2 isolated inputs and 2 isolated outputs
• Up to 512 regions of interest (MROI)
• 2 look-up tables (12-to-8 bit) on user-defined image region (Region-LUT)
• Crosshairs overlay on the image
• Image information and camera settings inside the image (status line)
• Image Binning
• Thermoelectric cooling of the image sensor to stabilize the sensor temperature and avoid
temperature drifts.
• Software provided for setting and storage of camera parameters
