When external I/O modules are connected, diagnostic information is provided to evaluate the
communications performance between the Main Unit and each module. Click
Diagnostics
and
select
Module Information
. The following screen will appear:

The information on this form can help to identify communications problems due to wiring
or interference. It also provides the software version and internal processor statistics as well.
A well connected system would have zero errors (Timeouts & Bad Checksums) on the form
above.
