7.11 Setting up lifting columns: Master/Slave
After connecting the lifting columns, each lifting column must be configured with its own ad-
dress, so that it can work correctly in partnership.
The first lifting column must always be assigned the address 1. The 1 establishes that this lifting
column is the Master lifting column.
Each additional lifting column must be assigned an address between 2 and 8, with no address
being assigned twice. We therefore recommend that you allocate addresses in ascending order
(the second lifting column will be assigned address 2, the third lifting column address 3 etc.).
Example: You want to allocate addresses to three interconnected lifting columns.
7.11.1 Set up first lifting column (Master)

Ensure that the hand switch is plugged into the socket of the first lifting column (Master lifting
column).
•
Press the
