Send a dictation via email
Before you send a dictation via email:
• Set up an email account first. Alternatively, set up an
email account when you send the recording via email
for the first time. If you haven’t set up an account yet,
you will be prompted to create an account when you
send the dictation. For more information about how to
set up an email account, see

To send a dictation via email:

Make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Tap
on the recording screen.

Send options
pop-up window appears.

Tap
Send mail
.

The
Compose
email window opens.

Enter the recipient’s email address, and then tap
to send the dictation.

The dictation is marked as sent in the
recordings list.
If you haven’t set up an email account yet:

Enter the recipient’s email address, and then tap
to send the dictation.

Send a dictation to Philips SpeechLive
Philips SpeechLive is a cloud dictation solution that
allows you to store, access and share dictation files
from anywhere in the world and around the clock while
guaranteeing maximum file security.

Before you send a dictation to SpeechLive:
• You need to have a valid SpeechLive account. If
you are not using SpeechLive yet, create a new user
account at

• Set up your SpeechLive user account in the dictation
app.
• Make sure that you have enabled SpeechLive in
Settings
>
Forwarding
>
SpeechLive
.
Set up SpeechLive
Before you set up SpeechLive in the Philips dictation
recorder app, you need to have a valid SpeechLive user
account. If you are not using SpeechLive yet, create a
new SpeechLive user account at
.
To set up your SpeechLive account:

Forwarding
>
SpeechLive

Tap the
Email address
field.

The
SpeechLive login
window opens.

Enter your SpeechLive email address
and your
password.

Tap
Sign in
.

Your SpeechLive account name is automatically
assigned to your email address.

If you have more than one SpeechLive user
account with the same email address and
password, you will be prompted to select an
account. Tap the desired account.

After you have set up your SpeechLive account,
you will see a
Syncing successful
notification in
your recordings list.
Send a dictation to SpeechLive
