ULTRAHOOK UHR40 VEHICLE RESTRAINT
THE DOCK LEVELER, WHEN INSTALLED OVER THE ULTRAHOOK, MUST HAVE THE
LIFT CYLINDER THRUST BEAM SUPPORTED. A CYLINDER THRUST BEAM SUPPORT
IS PROVIDED ON DOCK LEVELERS TO BE INSTALLED WITH A ULTRAHOOK. PRIOR TO
INSTALLATION CONFIRM THE DOCK LEVELER IS EQUIPPED WITH THIS OPTION.
Never weld on the Ultrahook Vehicle Restraint or dock leveler after sensing switches
are wired into the control box and the power to the box is on. Electrical current
from the welder can “feedback” through the circuit and damage the motor and other
components.
