SAFETY INFORMATION
The ProStop-E rate controller can be used to control and apply
hazardous chemicals. Exposure to hazardous chemicals can
result in illness, severe injury, or death. Hazardous chemicals
include insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and
fertilizers.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) provide specific details
on chemical products: physical and health hazards, safety
procedures, and emergency response techniques. Ammonia is
an irritant and corrosive to the skin, eyes, respiratory tract and
mucous membranes. Exposure to liquid or rapidly expanding
gases may cause severe chemical burns and frostbite to the
eyes, lungs and skin. Skin and respiratory related diseases could
be aggravated by exposure.
Follow special protection and procedure methods for hazardous
materials, including protective equipment, eye protection,
respiratory protection, and ventilation.
Carefully read and follow all safety instructions in this manual.
Keep safety labels in good condition. Replace missing or
damaged safety labels.
