Spare parts order:
1. First, collect the damaged parts or product
samples to be stored and confirm the number
of parts.
2. To avoid mistakes, confirm the specification of
the parts that need to be replaced.
Confirmation as follows: According to the area
of use and position of the parts, find the
corresponding code from the exploded view
and note the whole code (section 16). For
customers with many models, if the same
accessory is available for different models, the
ERP information coding can show different
serial numbers, for example, lift arm: ERP
information coding is C-200-580000-0, the
serial number in different models, shows
12.200-12 or others forms of serial numbers
belonging to the same accessory. For example,
we have to buy skewers, because the skewer is
always placed inside, so we locate the
exploded view as below:
See the number ”12” from the figure, then find all
messages from the list and note them. As the
following figure.

Gather the information about the products for
example:
• Contact our spare parts department to confirm
the order information.
• Confirm that the order information is correct, so
that the order with regard to supply and
demand are delivered to you on time.
