Warning
Disconnect the machine from the mains and
pneumatic power supply.
Note! If the vertical arm is not locked or does not
meet the 2-3 mm requirement from the bottom of
the mounting / disassembly head to the rim, adjust
the hexagonal locking plate, (Fig. 21) and adjust
(X).
Note! To achieve the reliability of hooks and
clinch switch dampers, use the following methods
to keep the valves clean:
1. Remove the left side cover of the machine head
by unscrewing the two screws.
2. Release the valve’s muffler (A) belonging to
the hook’s opening and closing pedals and the
clinch pedal.
3. Clean the mufflers with compressed air, please
replace it with reference to the spare parts list if
it is damaged (Fig. 22).

The mounting table only rotates
in one direction or cannot rotate.
1. The reversing switch is
broken.

The hooks open / close slowly.

1. Check all parts of the
compressed air system.
2. Replace the cylinder piston.
3. Replace the hooks.
4. Replace them.
The mounting head always
touches the rim during mounting.
1. The locking plate is poorly
adjusted or incorrect.
2. The screws are loose. The
auxiliary arm cannot be
locked vertically.
1. Replace the plate or adjust it.
2. Tighten the screws. Replace
the locking plate.
The pedal of the clincher and the
hooks do not return to their
original position.
1. The pedal spring is broken.
1. Replace the spring.
The clincher is difficult to use.
1. The muffler is blocked.
2. The sealing ring in the clinch
press is cylinder broken.
