ALARMS
OVER CURRENT %
Alarm due to overcurrent greater than the planned tolerance.
The inverter stops the pump; the reset is only manual.
CURRENT LIMIT
Alarm due to overcurrent greater than the capacity
of the module.
The inverter stops the pump the reset is only manual.
iDRY
It arises if in the absence of flow the pump is unable to reach the set pressure but it reaches
at least a previously fixed percentage of the set pressure expressed by the parameter PD; the
inverter does not arrest the pump which continues to work normally with the message “i-dry”
on display.
DRY RUNNING
It arises if, in the absence of flow, the pump is unable to reach the set pressure but it does not
even reach a previously fixed percentage of the set
pressure , expressed by the PD; the inverter arrests the pump. The error is zeroed after the TP
time and the inverter starts functioning again automatically
LOW PRESS
It arises if the pump is rotating at maximum frequency (50/60 Hz) in the presence of a flow,
and the pressure does not reach 0.3 bar; the inverter stops the pump. The error is cancelled
after the TP interval and the inverter restarts automatically.
LOW VOLTAGE
A drop in voltage has been registered (even very briefly) which exceeds the functional
tolerance (-15%); the inverter stops the pump; the error is overcome after one minute and the
inverter restarts automatically.
HIGH VOLTAGE
A surge in voltage (even very briefly) which exceeds the functional tolerance (+15%) has
been registered; the inverter stops the pump; the error is overcome after one minute and the
inverter restarts automatically.
HIGH TEMPERATURE MOD
The temperature of the module of the inverter has reached the first alarm threshold; the
maximum frequency of functioning is automatically limited but the inverter continues to
function; the error is overcome when the temperature of the module falls below 70 °C.
OVER TEMPERATURE MOD
The temperature of the module of the inverter has reached the second alarm threshold; the
inverter stops the pump, the error is overcome when the temperature of the module returns
to below 70° C. and the inverter restarts automatically.
INPUT ERROR
There has been an inversion of the links of input/exit towards the motor. The inverter is
blocked; the error is overcome when the cables are correctly connected in the battery lead
connection.
COM ERROR
There has been an error in the internal communication; if the message persists the electronic
cards could be damaged.
PHASE ERROR
(Only for inverters with a three-phase exit): one of the three phases has 50% less current than
the other two; the inverter arrests the pump, the restart is manual.
LOW LEVEL
It arises when the digital EI entrance is configured as a level signal (EI = 1) and the signal is
not present. When the signal returns the message disappears and the inverter returns to its
normal function.
EXT OFF
This arises when the digital entrance EI is configured as being activated by an external order
(EI=2) and the signal is not present. When the signal is again present (external restoration)
the message disappears and the inverter returns to function normally.
Æ
OFF
This arises when the current is switched off; the condensers are discharged, for safety reasons,
by the discharge resistors. The operation lasts about 10 seconds.
