Timed Workout Overview

Workout
A Timed Workout is the same as a Manual Workout (view previous page), except you can specify the dura on of a Timed Workout.

Follow these steps to run a
Timed
Workout
1. Enter the desired number of
minutes
(A), between 1 and 60, by using the
up/down
arrows
(B). Enter the desired
Speed
(C),
between 1 and 6, by using the
Up/Down
Arrows
(B). Press the
check
(D).

2. The workout will begin automa cally and will show you both
Elapsed
Time
and
Time
Remaining
(E).
The
Speed
(G) can be
changed during the workout by pressing the
Up/Down
Arrows
(G).
The workout can be paused by pressing
Pause
(
H) and
restarted by pressing the same bu on (H) again
.

3. The workout will stop either when the me is up, or when
Stop
(I) is pressed. The program can be restarted by pressing
Restart
(J).
