Applicable to SmartNode devices equipped with FXS ports. The FXS ports are connected to analog terminals
(phones, fax machines, answering machines, etc.) via cables terminated with RJ-11 connectors (see section

on page 62 for details on port pin-outs). For the RJ21 connectors, see the pin-outs in section “RJ21

Models” on page 67.
