HAS Units ordered with Position Feedback device can be used to define an operational window, stopping HAS Motion
when the analog input signal exceeds the value setting. This operation is similar to use of end of stroke switches, while
providing flexibility in setting of operational window. 0-10V analog input is connected to connector X12, pin 2,
reference to X12, pin 0.
Note: Cylinder feedback but be ordered with a 0-10V analog output to use this feature.

With Operation Modes, 1, 2, 3 or 4, the macro accepts an analog input on connector X12, pin 5 for velocity control of
the HAS actuator. This input auto-configures the analog input type, based upon mode selection via the keypad Mode
entry.
Mode 4 (Proportional Mode) Update rate is 0.25 mS, and is intended for operation with an external motion controller, closing the loop around
position.

All HAS Drive kits are supplied with a Thermistor measuring reservoir Temp. It must be connected to the 10V supply at
connector X12- Pins 4 and 8 for proper macro operation. This device will provide over temp warnings and used to
control the heat exchanger operation if ordered.

HAS Analog Drive kits include a macro to provide an analog output (+/- 10V) proportional to running pump speed. The
output is a bi-polar output with (+) sign linked to Clockwise Pump rotation, (-) CCW rotation. A 10V signal is scaled to
maximum pump speed. Measurements at connector X12, Pin 6.

HAS Analog Drive kits include a macro to provide an analog output (+/- 10V) proportional to 3 times the rated torque of
the motor supplied with the HAS unit. The output is a bi-polar output with (+) sign linked to Clockwise Pump rotation,
(-) CCW rotation. A 10V signal is scaled to 3 times the rated torque valve of the motor.
Measurements at connector X12, Pin 7.
