4. Shutter Speed Setting (SHUTTER)

Note:

When ON is selected for SUPER-D2 on the ALC CONT menu,

this item is not available.
To select electronic shutter speed, select OFF for SUPER-D2 in
the menu.

1. Display SET UP on the monitor screen.

If necessary, refer to Setup Menu Display on page 14 for details
on displaying the SET UP menu on the monitor screen.

2. Move the cursor to SHUTTER and select the electronic shutter

speed by using the joystick.
The electronic shutter speed changes as follows by operating the
joystick:

5. Gain Control Setting (AGC ON/OFF)

1. Display SET UP on the monitor screen.

If necessary, refer to Setup Menu Display on page 14 for details

2. Move the cursor to AGC and select ON or OFF by using the joy-

stick.

Note:

A moving object may appear like an after image instead noise

is reduced if AGC is set to ON.

Camera setting menu

1. Display SET UP on the monitor screen.

If necessary, refer to Setup Menu Display on page 14 for details
on displaying the SET UP menu on the monitor screen.

2. Move the cursor to SENS UP and select the desired electronic

sensitivity enhancement mode by using the joystick.
The electronic sensitivity enhancement mode changes as follows
by operating the joystick;

6. Electronic Sensitivity Enhancement Setting (SENS UP)

Notes:

• When ON is selected for SUPER-D2 in the ALC CONT menu, FIX

is not available for this item.

• When you select AUTO for SENS UP and ON for SUPER-D2, the

SENS UP function has priority so that the SUPER-D2 function is
not activated automatically.

• While the SENS UP function is selected, noise or spots may

appear in the picture when the sensitivity of the camera is
increased. This is a normal phenomenon.
