The call sub-base unit will not sound when the ringtones volume
is set to "Off" on the call sub-base unit.

The call message (call, lock confirmation, security preliminary
alarm) is set as follows. However, the lock confirmation is set as
ring once, so it will not sound in step. It will ring in volume "Low".
