Adjusting the Video

Adjusting the Screen Brightness

The specified brightness level is saved until it is 
adjusted again.

The base unit and the call sub-base unit 
with monitor apply the same brightness 
adjustment.

If the Video is Difficult to See

●

 

A blue screen appears when receiving a call from the door phone without a camera, building manager room 
(without video capability), and from other unit.

●

 

If either the base unit or call sub-base unit with monitor is operated while receiving a call, the screen 
display of the base unit and the call sub-base unit with monitor will change.

●

 

The video cannot be adjusted while receiving a call from the building manager room (with video capability).

● 

Talking with the main entrance

Touch 

            appears when the settings for 
the door phone lighting are configured.

The message "Protection complete. No more screens can be protected" appears when the maximum 

number of protected screens has been reached. In addition, the message "Remove the protection" 

appears during the protection operation when the maximum number of protected screens is exceeded.

The image quality of the recording screen might be worse than the normal lobby phone and the door 

phone with camera in receiving a call, but this is not a malfunction.

You can             screen recordings that you do not want to erase (visitor or management 
information).
