Is it possible to change the door phone to the door phone with camera?
It can be changed. Consult the management company or the company that installed the system.
I have forgotten my security number, so can you tell me?
This is regarding the condominium building security, so consult the management company or the company
that installed the system.
I want to reset the date, but how can I do it?
The setting is set on the lobby phone, the building manager room base unit, or the integrated control
panel, so consult the management company or the company that installed the system.
Is it possible to extend the call from the lobby phone?
The call time will be either 30 seconds or 60 seconds. See page 101.
Is there a video recording function?
There is a video recording function. (Not on the base unit and call sub-base unit with sound recording function.)
Is there a sound recording function?
There is a sound recording function. (Not on the call sub-base unit with monitor.)
Do I have to keep the PC 2 m away?
Place the PC 2 m or more away. There is a possibility that image or sound may be disrupted as with TV or radio.
Can I set not-home setting?
Not-home setting can be set. See pages 37 to 38 or page 87.
I want to extend the call time, but how can I do it?
Can the position of the sub-screen be changed?
The screen can be displayed at top right or top left. A setting is required, so consult the management
company or the company that installed the system. (The sub-screen display position on the lobby phone
is set on the lobby phone.)
A "(Beep)" is sounded after a specific time when a delivery is left in the delivery box. Is it
possible to set so it will not sound?
This is set on the device in the building manager room. Consult the management company or
the company that installed the system.
What if the EMERGENCY button is pushed by mistake?
Press the EMERGENCY button flashing in red again.
The alarm will stop sounding, screen display is turned OFF, and it is restored.

[Handling of personal information at the assistance service]
"Cont" appears 10 seconds before the call is ended. Touching "Cont" once will extend
the call for approximately 1 minute. See pages 33 and 36.
