2. Check CN25,26 on the NCU PCB.
3. Check the Line Cord.
4. Replace the SC PCB.

Telephone line quality is poor.
(Refer to Sect. 4.6.)
Check the paper quality.(Try different paper)
Check the voltage output at CN50 on PENC PCB.
Check the Flat Cable and contacts on the Carriage.
