TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the following signs before sending in for servicing.
Symptom

Water leaks from the bypass selector.
Is the bypass selector fastened securely? Fasten the bypass selector securely.
(See “INSTALLATION”.)
Water leaks from the neck of the outlet
pipe.
Is the outlet pipe installed correctly?
Insert the outlet pipe again correctly.
Water leaks from the section where the
cover is attached to the unit.
• Is the cover firmly fastened?
• The seal (gasket) may be twisted or not
in the proper position.
• Turn the cover firmly until it stops.
• Set the seal (gasket) in the proper
position.
Water leaks from the hose connector
section.
Is the hose connector band attached
securely?
Attach it securely.
The water flow from the outlet pipe has
decreased. (When the cartridge life
cheker is more than half red.)
Is the cartridge clogged and is it time for
replacement?
Replace the cartridge.
(See page 16 – 17 “REPLACEMENT”)
A bad taste or smell develops.
Is the cartridge filtration capacity
(activated carbon) been reduced?
Water flows out of the safety valve.
• Is the water pressure too high?
• Is the purifying cartridge clogged?
• Turn down the water flow at the faucet.

• Replace the cartridge.
(See page 16 – 17 “REPLACEMENT”)

從過濾水流出口流出的水流減小。
