2. BoardStopperPosition
Set whether to use board stopper by choosing ON or OFF.
It is used when you want to fix the stop position of board mechanically or when you use the board
that is cut off at the sensor position, etc. But in this case, the positioning time is longer than that
when the stopper is not used. And the board that is cut off at the stopper position is used by
inputting a required offset quantity in Y direction.

3. BoardPickUpTimming (option)
To prevent board from being ill-located during positioning of board and printing, suction block
(option) fixes board. And decide the timing with the clamp motion by setting the suction start time
and end time.
PUpStartTime : When the board support starts to rise up, the timer = 0.
We recommend you to input about +0.3 seconds as the delay time of board clamp motion in
PUpStartTime field.
Input PUpFinishTime considering the lowering speed and lowering stroke.
PUpFinishTime : When the board support starts to lower in order to eject the printed board, the
timer = 0.
Depending on board, the solder might spread due to the through hole, etc when the board is
printed. In that case, Set PUpPrint “OFF.”
PUpPrint
: Set whether to use the board suction function during printing.
We recommend you to input about +0.3 seconds as the delay time of board clamp motion in
PUpStartTime field.
Input PUpFinishTime considering the lowering speed and lowering stroke.
4. BoardHold (option)
It is used when you use thin or warped board, or when board is not positioned normally. Usually,
set it “OFF.”
5. UnderGuardStroke
Set the height of the support stroke (Large or Small) according to the mounting pattern (both sides/
one side).
When it is Small (15cm), board starts to be transported out while the support is lowering.
Be sure to set it Large (40cm) for the board whose back side is mounted, otherwise that causes the
transport error because support block and chips are interfered with each other.
