Greasing Points

NOTICE

Be careful not to stain the belt with grease, in greasing.

Grease worsens the belt early.

Main parts requiring lubrication

Linear bearing and ball screw

• For with a grease nipple, fill grease with the grease gun.
• For without a grease nipple, apply grease to the rail.
This section describes the lubrication of linear bearing as an example. Apply grease to the ball
screw alike.

1) Move the grease nipple to the other

end.

• Clean any surplus grease with a cloth.

• Apply grease to the cleaned part.

For the bearing with the nipple opening, fill
grease through the nipple.

2) Move the sliding unit slowly a few

times at full stroke.
