11 Service Position
Note: For description of the disassembly procedures, see
the Section 10.
11.1. Checking & Repairing Main
P.C.B. (Side B)
Step 1 Remove Top Cabinet.
Step 2 Position Rear Panel as Diagram Shown.
Step 3 Remove Main P.C.B..
Step 4 Remove D-Amp Heatsink.
Step 5 Place Main/D-Amp P.C.B. onto Bottom Chassis.
Step 6 Connect 12P Cable the connector (CN100) on Main
P.C.B..
Step 7 Connect 50P FFC the connector (CN201) on Main
P.C.B..
Step 8 Connect 17P FFC the connector (CN203) on Main
P.C.B..
Step 9 Proceed to check & repair Main P.C.B.(Side B).
11.2. Checking & Repairing Main
P.C.B. (Side A)
Step 1 Remove Top Cabinet.
Step 2 Remove Rear Panel.
Step 3 Remove 2 screws.
Step 4 Detach 50P FFC the connector (CN201) on Main
P.C.B..
Step 5 Position Main P.C.B. on the insulated material as dia-
gram show.
Step 6 Connect 50P Extension FFC (RFKZXH150PK2) from
(CN201) to (FP8101).
Step 7 Proceed to check and repair side A of Main P.C.B..
