Recipe:
Beat the butter together with both kinds of sugar in
a mixing bowl until creamy.
Add an egg into the mixture and beat until smooth.
Then add vanilla extract and mix it in.
Add flour, salt and baking soda to the mixture at a
time. Stir until smooth.
Place an aluminum foil on your own baking tray
(metal cookware may be used).
Select Auto program and press Start to preheat.
Using

of the mixture, arrange spoonfuls of the
dough (approx. 12

each) on an aluminum foil,
leaving enough space in between. Set the baking
tray on the high wire rack. After preheating, put
them in the oven and press Start. After cooking,
leave cookies on the foil until they get cool, then
remove. Otherwise they stick to the foil.
Note:
You can bake 10 cookies at a time. Repeat
the above steps and bake the remaining mixture.
