Only use microwave-safe containers. It is
recommended to use a microwave rice cooking
container, with glass dish underneath. Soak the
rice for about 30 minutes. The proportion between
the water and rice is shown in the above chart. The
total volume should not be over half of the total
container. Cover with lid. Wait 5–10 minutes after
cooking.
Note:
Open the container carefully after cooking
to prevent scalding due to the hot contents.
Instant Noodle

Suitable for cooking different kinds of instant
noodle. Put the noodle and seasonings into a
microwave-safe container, then pour water.
The total volume of the food should not be over
half of the container. Please keep the vent opening
when cooking. If there’s no air vent or the vent is
too small, the lid should not be covered securely to
prevent boiling over. As for the 2 servings, stir a
few times during cooking so that noodles will be
fully cooked.
After cooking has been finished, stir.

Roast Chicken

Keep the marinated chicken with Teriyaki sauce for
30 minutes to 1 hour in the fridge before cooking.
Truss the chicken leg with string.
Place the chicken on the low wire rack, then on the
flat glass dish. Select Auto Cook menu No., set the

Suitable for roasting joints, boned rolled beef/lamb,
beef/lamb rump, beef/lamb fillet, beef/lamb topside.
Choose roasting pieces that are even in shape and
confirm if boneless pieces have been rolled and
tied. Place a small microwave-safe and heatproof
dish upside down on top of a large microwave-safe
and heatproof dish. Brush the beef/lamb with oil/
seasonings and place fat side down on top, then
put it inside the oven.
Select Auto Cook menu No., set the weight
