Power failure
The operation is stopped. Turn the power “ON”, and restart the operation.
(Operation does not resume after the electricity is restored.)
The breaker has
tripped.
The fl oor or wall
is wet. (due to
condensation)
Provide adequate ventilation while drying. Moist wind from the exhaust outlet
may cause condensation.
Murky water
After water supply is recovered from water cut-off , remove the water supply hose
to release murky water from the faucet, and start washing.
The water supply
hose is frozen.
Warm the connection, water supply hose and drum.
50 °C
or less
(1) Wrap the
connection with a
hot steamed towel.
(2) Remove the water
supply hose and
soak it in hot water.
(3) Put 2 to 3 L of
hot water into the
drum.
Water pressure is
low.
Clean the water supply fi lter.
(1) Turn off the faucet.
(2)
Turn the power on.
(3)
Start.
→In approx. 1 minute, water in the
hose will be drained.
(4)
Turn the power off .
(5) Loosen the nut.
(6) Remove the water
supply fi lter.
(7) Remove the lint
on the water supply
fi lter.

Check the following items before requesting service.
In the case of abnormality, contact the sales dealer immediately where you have purchased the appliance.
Error Messages
If the buzzer beeps and “U” and “number” are alternately displayed, check the following.
By pressing “Start”, the operation will resume (Except for U04, U17 and U18).
Depending on the displayed content of “U” and “Number”, “Anti-crease” does not work.
If the problem persists, pull out the power plug and contact your dealer for service.

The dry fi lter is
clogged.
Turn the power “OFF” and clean the dry fi lter. (P.31, 39)
If the clothes are not dry, perform the “Dry” operation.
Water cannot be
drained.
Check the water drain hose, drain fi lter and drain outlet.
• Do not allow the tip of the hose to face up.
• Do not raise a part of the hose higher than 1 m.
• The water drain hose or drain outlet is clogged with lint.
• It is frozen.
• It is crushed.
• Do not allow the tip to be soaked in water.
• Clean the drain filter if blocked. (P.30)
If the message is still displayed after checking the above, contact your dealer.
Door lock
malfunction.
If the door is not closed.
→Close the door.
→If the door is closed, close the door after once opening the door.
If the door does not open.
→Press the centre of the door fi rmly.
Spin operation
cannot be
performed.
Check the clothes condition.
• Many large items (Towel sheets, Judo uniform, etc.) → Reduce such large items.
• Many clothes → Detangle the clothes.
• Not many clothes → Add one or two bath towels.
The main unit is installed on an unstable location or inclined fl oor surface.
Check the water drain hose and drain outlet. (See the descriptions for “U11”.)
You have adjusted the “Level of spin noise”, and reduced the vibration and
sound. (P.34)
Water cannot be
supplied.
Check the water supply pathway.
• The water faucet is not turned on.
• The water supply filter is clogged with dust. (P.44)
• Water or water supply hose is frozen.
• The water supply is cut off.
Excessive bubble
is occurring
You may have used much detergent, which formed excessive bubbles.
• Water is repeatedly supplied and drained to eliminate the bubble, resulting
in longer operation time. (P.20)
• Bubble or water may overflow from the drain outlet or dry filter. (P.20)
• Next time, reduce the amount of detergent or try low suds detergent.
• Press the power button to turn off "U17" message.
Drain fi lter
Set the drain fi lter correctly. (P.30)
The operation is restart when the drain fi lter is set correctly.
If “H” and “number” are alternately displayed, check the following.
Inspection is required.
Check the displayed content (2-digit number after “H”), pull out the power
plug, and contact your dealer.
