Replacing the Consumable Parts

1-6-1

Replacing the Board Transfer Belt and Roller (3000 hours)

It needs to change the board transfer belts and rollers on the board holder and left and right board
conveyors regularly, as the consumable parts.

1.

Removing the board transfer belt

∗

Check that the removed belt is not damaged. If it is not damaged, you may set new belt to the
former position.

1.

Turn off the power.

2.

Remove the belt from the pulley.

∗

Remove the belt sliding it to the operator’s side
from the small pulley without edge.

3.

Remove the belt pulling it out.
