MAINTENANCE

Replacing the Consumable Parts

1-6-4

MR Unit :Replacing the Filter Element (18000 hours)

Turn off the power.

Turn off the air.

Pull out the valve upward and rotate it

to the left.

• Remaining air pressure is discharged.
• Return the valve to the original position.

Loosen the bolt with the hexagonal
bolt. (4 bolts)

Remove the case.

∗

Check that the O-ring is put on the case. If it is
taken out, fit it to the groove of the O-ring.
