. Check the displayed value of vacuum
sensor.

If the absolute value of displayed one is less
than -42.6, it is OK, and proceed to “Yes” of
the flowchart.
If that is more than -42.7, it is NG, and
proceed to “No” of the flowchart.

. Check the displayed message, and
press OK .
∗
If the message is “All filters are clean
enough,” it is OK, and proceed to “Yes” of the
flowchart.
If the message is “Clean this filter or
exchange it for new one,” it is NG. Then
check the NG head, and proceed to “No” of
flowchart.
• Checking the cleaned filter is over.
