With the cordless handset

Remedy

•

Charge the battery fully (p. 16).

•

Clean the charge contacts and charge
again (p. 17).

•

Install the battery properly (p. 93).

•

Re-install the battery and place the handset
on the charger. Try again.

•

The handset has not been registered to the
base unit. Register the handset. (p. 21, 58).

•

You are too far from the base unit.
Move closer to the base unit and try again.

•

Raise the base unit antenna.

•

Locate the cordless handset and the base unit
away from other electrical appliances (p. 4).

•

Move closer to the base unit.

•

Raise the base unit antenna.

The ringer volume is set to OFF. Select
HIGH or LOW (p. 24).
