During a Conversation
• If you want to return to the held call, press the RECALL button (for SLT/ISDN
telephone), TRANSFER, corresponding CO or INTERCOM button (for PT) before the
destination extension answers.
• Transferring a call by the DSS button;
Proprietary telephone users can also transfer an outside call to an extension simply by
pressing the DSS (Direct Station Selection) button, if assigned.
• If the destination extension does not answer the call within 12 rings (default), Transfer
Recall occurs. If the transferred call is an outside call, it is possible to select whether the
Transfer Recall will occur at the initiating extension or the manager through system
optional programming.
• If you do not answer the Transfer Recall within 15 minutes, the line will be disconnected.
• It is system-programmable whether to send a ringback tone or music on hold to the caller
while transferring.
