Usage tips

This operation is available only while you are on a
call with a doorphone. To unlock a door while you
are not on a call, see "Doorphone Call/Door Open
(Page 102)".
Conference Call (Multiple
Party Conversation)
During a conversation, you can add additional parties
to your call and establish a conference call. Conference
calls can be established and controlled on the
Calls
screen.
If you are added to a conference call, you cannot
perform any of the conference operations explained in
this section. In this case, you can leave the conference
at any time by going on-hook.
Up to 8 parties (intercom and outside lines) can
participate in a conference call.
Calls screen during a conference call in Call List
mode
Making a Conference Call
During a conversation, you can call another party and
establish a conference call.
Operation in Call List mode
1.
Make a call to the first party you want to include in
the conference.
For details, see "Making Calls (Page 65)".
2.
On the
Calls
screen, press
Make a conference
.
The current call is put on hold, and the
Contacts
screen will appear.
3.
Call the party you want to add to the conversation.
For details, see "Making Calls (Page 65)".
4.
After the called party answers, press
Make a
conference
to begin the conference call.
