Displays extension numbers programmed in the PBX.

Extension Name programed in PBX:
Displays extension names programmed in the PBX.

Characters in Extension Name before first space is assigned as First Name:
*1*2
Defines the First Name of PA user account from an extension name. For example, if the extension
name is “Tom Smith”, “Tom” is assigned as the First Name , because it comes before the first space.

Characters in Extension Name before first space is assigned as Last Name:
*1*2
Defines the Last Name of PA user account from an extension name. For example, if the extension
name is “Tom Smith”, “Tom” is assigned as the Last Name , because it comes before the first space.
*1 “ Last ” is assigned as the last name of PA user account if the last name cannot be determined by the above definition.
*2 “ First ” is assigned as the first name of PA user account if the first name cannot be determined by the above definition.
Note
The Username and 1st Extension fields are assigned as the extension number.
