2.4 E-Mail Settings
IMPORTANT
PA Server (CTI control) can send messages to a PA user by e-mail, such as a PBX error log or a PA user's
forgotten password. You must configure the mail server settings in order to send an e-mail to PA users
automatically. Configure the Email Settings of PA Server (CTI control) before using PA Manager (Web
server).
1.
Right-click the status icon for PA Server (CTI control) in the Notification area, and select Email
Settings… .
The following information appears.

Enter the SMTP Server , SMTP Port , Account Name , and Account Password , and select the Protocol
Type .
Note
For details regarding the e-mail server settings, consult your network administrator.

Click OK .
