Conditions

Digital Proprietary Telephone, Analogue Proprietary Telephone, IP Proprietary Telephone, IP Softphone,
Portable Station and Single Line Telephone can be used with PA.
•
A PA user that uses PA Status functions must be granted with supervisory privileges by the administrator
of PA Manager (Web server). When the PA user is authorised, the “Supervisor” button will be displayed
on the Contacts screen. The PA user can access PA Status functions using the Supervisor button.
•
PA must be restarted if a PA user disconnects a PC from LAN and reconnects it while using PA.
•
A PA user who logs in using an SLT extension cannot use the hold retrieve function in PA.
•
If only a URL is registered in a user’s information (the

box in the PA preferences window),
clicking the
Information
button in the Contact List for that user opens the URL.
