If audio becomes increasingly delayed the longer you use IP Softphone, there may be a problem
with the PC’s audio driver. In this case, install another compatible audio driver (not another version
of the same driver).

If using Windows Firewall, you may not hear a dial tone when clicking the SP-PHONE button. In
this case, select the “software_ippt” check box in the exceptions list for Windows Firewall.

You can record to your PC if you have the KX-NCS8100 series licence installed on your PC.
