Enter the basic account information:
a.
Enter a descriptive name for the account.
b.
Enter the account username and password.
c.
Enter the email address for this account.
d.
Click Next.

Enter the server information:
a.
Enter the name of the Exchange server, the port number for the server, and
the maximum message size to download.
b.
Check the boxes if the server requires authentication or a proxy server. is
used. You, as the system administrator, can provide this information to your
users.
6.
(Optional) If a proxy server is used, enter the server name. Click Next.
7.
(Optional) To test the account settings, click Test My Settings. Click OK after
settings have been tested.
8.
Click Finish.
