Default View
pick list, and then select the view you want to see
when you open
Calendar
.

Select the
Agenda
box and set any of the
following
Agenda
view options:
䡲
Show Due Tasks
displays tasks that are due
today and tasks that are overdue.
䡲
Show Messages
displays the number of read
and unread email messages.
䡲
Background
displays a favorite picture as the
Agenda
view background. Check the
Background
box, select the picture thumbnail, and then select a picture.
Adjust the fade setting so that the text is easy to read against the
picture.

Select the
Day
box and set any of the following
Day
view options:

Show Category List
displays the
category
pick list.
䡲
Show Time Bars
activates the time bars that
appear in
Day
view. The time bars show the
duration of an event and illustrate event
conflicts.
䡲
Compress Day View
controls how times appear in
Day
view. When
Compress Day View
is unchecked, all time slots are displayed on the
screen. When it is checked, start and end times are displayed for each
event, but blank time slots toward the bottom of the screen disappear
to minimize scrolling.
