box

The
incoming
supply
cable
must
maintain
the
waterproof
performance
rating
of
the
charger.
•
The
maximum
outer
diameter
of
the
cable
should
be
between
13-18mm.
6.4 Tools and Materials Required
To
establish
the
best
location
for
the
charger,
it
is
necessary
to
first
determine
the
parking
position
of
the
vehicle ,
to
ensure
that
the
charging
connector
has
sufficient
length
to
comfortably
reach
the
vehicle
charging
inlet.
The
charger
is
best
situated
to
the
side
of
vehicle
which
is
closest
to
the
vehicle
connection
point.
Install
the
charger
in
a
safe
and
convenient,
low
humidity,
well-ventilated
area.
The
charger
should
be
located
approximately 1.0-1.2
meters
above
ground
level,
and
at
least
250mm
from
any
obstacles ,
to
allow
the
trailing
cable
to
coil
around
the
enclosure
for
stowage.
Avoid
installation
of
the
charger
in
exposed
areas
of
direct
sunlight,
or
directly
adjacent
to
hot
objects
or
surfaces.
To
prevent
saltwater
corrosion ,
it
is
not
recommended
to
install
the
charger
in
close
proximity
to
the
sea,
or
in
environments
with
high
concentrations
of
salt,
oil,
humidity
or
dust.

Consideration
note
(wi-Fi
version):
Received
signal
strength
(RSSI)
measured
in
dBm
is
an
indication
of
how
strong
the
Wi
-Fi
radio
waves
are
when
received
by
the
charger
.
This
is
scaled
from
-100
to
0,
with
-
100
being
the
worst
.
We
recommend
that
a
dBm
greater
than
-65dBm
is
acheived
in
order
to
prevent
the
risk
of
poor
Wi-Fi
