6.4  Tools  and  Materials  Required

To

 

establish

 

the

 

best

 

location

 

for

 

the

 

charger,

 

it

 

is

 

necessary

 

to

 

first

 

determine

 

the

 

parking

 

position

 

of

 

the

 

vehicle ,

 

to

 

ensure

 

that

 

the

 

charging

 

connector

 

has

 

sufficient

 

length

 

to

 

comfortably

 

reach

 

the

 

vehicle

 

charging

 

inlet.

The

 

charger

 

is

 

best

 

situated

 

to

 

the

 

side

 

of

 

vehicle

 

which

 

is

 

closest

 

to

 

the

 

vehicle

 

connection

 

point.

Install

 

the

 

charger

 

in

 

a

 

safe

 

and

 

convenient,

 

low

 

humidity,

 

well-ventilated

 

area.

The

 

charger

 

should

 

be

 

located

 

approximately 1.0-1.2

 

meters

 

above

 

ground

 

level,

 

and

 

at

 

least

 

250mm

 

from

 

any

 

obstacles ,

 

to

 

allow

 

the

 

trailing

 

cable

 

to

 

coil

 

around

 

the

 

enclosure

 

for

 

stowage.

Avoid

 

installation

 

of

 

the

in

 

exposed

 

areas

 

of

 

direct

 

sunlight,

directly
