When you switch off your home terminal, it still uses some power (unless you
unplug it at the wall socket-outlet). However, your Pace DC550P home terminal
complies with ENERGY STAR guidelines for energy efficiency and therefore
displays the ENERGY STAR label shown above. This means that, when this home
terminal is off, it consumes much less power than similar, non-labeled products.
